Set your larger keg at 15psi, screw the tapping head onto your mini keg, connect the filler then connect the beer line to the other connect. Set the gauge to 10psi to retain carbonation and once the mini kegs full it will turn itself off.

Note that to reduce any oxidation and retain carbonation you will need to keep the tapping head on and use gas & tap with the connects.
